Having spent a lot of years at WOR it would seem strange to remain on 
commercial power if it were fluctuating so widely. I believe they 
would have fired up the generator and run it until stable commercial 
power returned. Regardless of the tolerance of the rig is just 
doesn't make sense to run it without reliable power. I could be wrong 
but I believe Tom Ray would have determined that something serious 
was happening and it would be time to disconnect if for no other 
reason than to protect the equipment.
