If you're not in a major market you may not get promo service. Paying 
licensing fees has nothing to do with any expectation you may have 
that they should send you free music. Wait until all the copy 
protection schemes are in place and see if you can transfer that 
ultra high quality download to a hard drive. Analog may have a very 
long life ahead of it as you do digital (poor quality) to analog to 
digital transfers.
