[BC] Indecency bill

It would seem Congress is sending a bill to the President, raising 
the fee for indecency to $325K

The NAB, naturally, feels "self-regulation" is better. Sort of like 
the hip-hop stations "self-regulate."

AFTRA, on the other hand, immediately expressed happiness that 
"talent" is not to be made liable for their own actions.

Entrepreneurs are already developing "Ostrich Farms for Broadcasters" 
so they can keep doing "business as usual."
