If given the choice of spending hours preparing paperwork that serves no
purpose,
or spending time giving out bumper stickers at a remote, I'd say the bumper
stickers serves more useful purpose.  Sorry, I've been in radio too long and
have no use for worthless crap.  The Public File is worthless crap.  I still

do it because I have to - and mine is immaculate, but it's a total waste of
time.
