The long list of your accomplishments certainly speak for themselves, and

An unfortunate situation, but perhaps understandable.
I could see that the augmentations were significantly different, day and
night ... as the day protection is to the west, and to those two 1520
daytimers which are only 20 or so miles apart ... while the night
protection is to the east, and WWKB, a Class A, which is at the opposite
end of Lake Erie.
I wasn't aware that a second phasor was installed, but given the quite
different requirements, day vs. night, even for what is supposedly a DA-1
(same constants day and night), with just the power changing at LSS and
LSR, perhaps that was the path of least resistance in order to allow for
the day and night patterns to be separately tweaked for the associated
augmentations, even though they are nominally the same.
Still, a dual five-tower phasor is perhaps a small price to pay in return
for a reduction in towers from 12 to 5, and two sites to one.
