[BC] HD PAD Radios?

Well, neither my Kenwood or BA do.  At least not title info.  Unless no
one in Miami is sending title/artist info, which I can't believe.
 
 
The BA works fine for RDS as long as the station in question doesn't
have HD on.  The Kenwood does not do RDS.

They all display PAD.  Are you talking about RDS?
