[BC] HD PAD Radios?

[Kent Winrich, K9EZ]

My Kenwood, BA, Panasonic and JVC all do.  I know on the Kenwood, you 
need to set the display to give you PAD.  It defaults to station name.

Whats nice about the BA is that it will give RDS if the station is in 
analog.  None of the others do that, that I am aware of.
