The so-called Public File is a joke, and it's so unfunny that IMHO it 
reflects very poorly on the FCC.  If you guys want to get rid of it (and 
I sure would), FCC is committed to the Paperwork Reduction Act, as are 
all government agencies.  They cannot justify the burden, and must 
therefore remove the PF.  Whomever suggested an online version at FCC 
had a good idea, though there are several gotchas.  Believe me when I 
tell you that arguments toward that act will have traction among their 
lawyers.  Comments in this Docket, however, may not be enough.

To address Mike's legitimate concerns, consider what you'd do if 
personally required to assess a a station's service to the public: 
listen for a day or two, and...  what?  Your answer should replace the 
requirements for the current PF.
