[BC] Bell Labs building to be demolished

I worked for an AM that sold there 40 year old AM Tx Site to a developer.
They then purchased more land about 10 miles of the old site and built a new
facility
Everything was new from Mics to the Antenna systems on AM and FM at that
point.
A few years latter they should the whole thing to Clear Channel
Today the facility is another unmanned AM transmitter site.
