[BC] Bell Labs building to be demolished

If we keep trying to preserve all those old run down buildings, houses,
etc., then contractors and developers will start to scream because we
have run out of land for expansion, which could hurt a city's economic
situation.

Also, AM towers (even non-DA'S) that take up too much land are being
attacked by developers, city and county town officials. I've seen some
situations where the land the station tower sits on was WAY more with
the AM station, tower, and license!

Are you saying we should preserve every white elephant building just
because it's old ("historic") and/or something happened there once?
Maybe
we should make the entire country one big "historic" district so some
self-appointed committee on esthetics can tell us all what color we can
paint our houses and make us jump thru hoops every time we want to build
a
tool shed or a doghouse.
