As someone in the story says, "the devil is in the details". Station
supporters say the funds from the sale could be used to make an endowment
for the station. Yeah, right. If they're selling the station because they
need the money, the $50 million isn't going into an endowment. It's going
into the general fund, or someone's pet project.

I'd get that in writing, certified, notarized, and guaranteed before I'd
agree to that.
