Actually Stan this is a good one. They'll get a good signal out of it. 
They'll setup an endowment and they won't have to worry about sales. I was 
talking to my P.D. at WorldSpace who was my M.D. when I was P.D. at WRR from 
the mid to late 90's. I think this one might fly. They should get outta the 
commercial radio biz anyway. Granted, Classical Stations underperform (save 
Bonneville's on both coasts) but they really underperform. You wouldn't 
believe what the rate was for a 60 sec. spot when I got there in 1995. 
Something like 65 or so bucks. No good. The next GSM hiked the rate up to 
over 200 before I left but the overhead was a bit much. Why it was that high 
I don't know. Must have been my salary. <G> Right!
