[BC] FM Modulators for Satellite Radio

A while back when this subject came up I did some detailed testing on 
the FM modulator I received with my Sirius receiver. This is a Kenwood 
modulator that installs in the Antenna line. I was looking for radiation 
products back to the antenna, but all tests came up negative. The signal 
leaking back towards the antenna was easily compliant with part 15. 
I'll have to find my notes on it, but it wouldn't even register on the 
milliwatt meter, it came up in the micro volt range.
