[BC] Another public station bites the dust

    Scott's right.  It does occasionally happen the other way. . .

    UMass Boston's WBPR, Worcester, MA repeater (actually
in Spencer, MA) was originally a CP held by a religious
broadcaster.  When they failed to get it through local zoning,
they offered it to UMass and we bought and built it.
