[BC] Another public station bites the dust

Not so! I know of at least one public broadcaster that's negotiating to 
buy what's now a religious station. And there are certainly plenty of 
stations that have gone from religious to secular commercial operation, 
including Family Radio's former San Francisco flagship on 106.9 and even 
what's now the Fox TV affiliate in Boston.

That said, the trend is certainly in the other direction...
