[BC] Another public station bites the dust

But Bernie, not everybody likes vanilla.  The concept of having, oh, let's 
say 20 strong signals in an area is not to offer 20 varieties of top 40.  The 
intent is to offer a variety of different formats.  Let the listener choose.  

Sure, some flavor of top 40 may be the #1 station in the market.  But the 
remaining stations each have an audience.  Niche stations hovering around a 1 
share often have fervent audiences.

The #1 station may have a 10 share.  So 90% aren't listening.  Should that be 
considered a waste of spectrum?
