Wayne,
I can attest that Jim Zobota (along with a few others) would love to
see every tower in Gallatin torn down. Well, I got news for him, (and I
told him this), when his cell phone quits working because there is no
towers for the antennas, don't be griping about NO SIGNAL!

As a small town Planning Commissioner I can attest to the fact that
there
may be Local regulations attached to the building permit or planning
documentation released with the initial construction. I know most folks
think the federal supercedes the local, but not in all cases.
