It was a gentler time. There weren't so many children to be 
protected. The large 5-12 year old audience for Beautiful Music were 
probably playing Doctor at that hour. Also, the fines were relatively 
low, in the $4,000 range. It also happened in the "safe harbor." The 
most serious risk would be Jim Schulke cancelling your contract.

Today you'd be saddled with a $300,000+ fine, the children would be 
traumatized between bong hits and the license might be at risk if it 
happened often.

It's a whole new day.
