The one thing I continue to be disappointed with...

..is their suppoprt. Personally, I don't like having to wait 1 to 3 hours
for a call back at 3:30 in the afternoon when Ive been in the office since
6am.

You're lucky if they'll call you back within three hours.  I've waited as
long as two days.  Their tech support is the worst in the industry.
