My experience with ENCO support through recent years has be nothing less 
than premium - prompt and professional. On the ENCO listserve, which is not 
intended as a factory support forum, one, however, often has a helpful 
response from Mr. ENCO himself, Eugene Novachek. It doesn't get any better 
than that folks.
