[BC] Dealing with digital transmission

What a lot of people dont realize is that HD radio is so new that 
even the engineers are learning.  There are (for the short term) 
going to be ups and downs.  I am sure that when the first FM stations 
came on that the same arguments came up and that there were learning 
issues as well.
