Agree Tom:
WGA failed on 4 of 12 new machines from a brand name vendor. Customer
support solved the "problem" ( a story for another thread)
Yes GTE was great as for the people. I had the CO numbers as well as the
supervisors home number. We used to call the CO with a trouble call, they
told me to call the repair number so there was a record of the problem. They
99% of the time had the problem solved by the time I got off the phone
reporting the problem to the repair operator.
