[BC] Stealth antennas

The antennas (4 each, 150' Valco's) were caught up in a receivership which
partly included AT&T as a lending organization. AT&T sold the license to
CBS who turned it in to the FCC, thereby clearing the way for KYCY (1550
10,000 W DA-2, San Francisco) to increase power. The convoluted settlement
denied the use of the site for a driving range, and efforts to rezone the
Santa Cruz County property, owned by the Wrathall Bros. have proven to been
unsuccessful.
Makes a nice landmark though.
