The other way around: Fewer engineers and more group purchases has 
caused an advertiser decline at RW.  (i.e. XYZ Broadcasting equips 
their entire ten million station cluster with Widget International's 
automation system and BBQ grill set, because the DJ needs something 
to do during his voicetracked shift, and making BBQ for the 
salesperson, GM, and secretary is a great idea...)

Just my thoughts/guesses/opinions.
