[BC] Short AM Tower

I presume that WNVR/1030 in Vernon Hills IL ran into some kind of local
restriction when they built their DA in 2000. It consists of four
36.60° (~97 feet) towers with 9.40° tophats consisting of 6
horizontal elements. I believe the towers are fed as folded unipoles. I
have a couple of distant photos of the site posted on my AM-DXer web
site (see link in my signature line).
