Except Geico is a playing advertiser. HD is simply remnant or highly 
discounted "internal/promotion" stock.  I'm curious to hear what, if any, 
HD ads were aired the past week in Iowa.  I suspect not many given the 
heavy duty blitz by all the presidential candidates.
