[BC] Problems with Gmail?

Ive been having problems on and off ALL day.

I get an error on the lefthand side saying that "Technical problems arent
allowing us to send your chats at this time"..

I also get a message at the top of the screen that says "OOPS, System
encountered an error" and no pages will load.

Anyone else having issues? It's getting annoying, and now my gmail chat wont
load at all
