[BC] Tower failure Corpus Christi, TX

Some updated info. The station is back on Grande Cable (the minority 
cable service). I can also get TV-16 on my portable LCD TV with a whip, 
at about 12 air-miles from the tower inside a wood-frame building, 1st 
floor.
