I'd begin to suspect either a driver issue or (more likely) an issue with
the dreaded "switch-mod" card... Sorry I can't be more specific but, in not
seeing one of the beasts for more than five years, memories have faded but,
I'm sure being there and looking at it would bring them all flooding back
(the good as well as the bad).
