 Once they start ignoring it, is when the

Some dozen or more years ago, the local weather part
of the Weather Channel got messed up and was showing
Chicago weather. IT SAID CHICAGO RIGHT ON THE
SCREEN.... but STUPID PEOPLE  panicked and ran to the
grocery stores in droves. Forecast said 19 degrees and
6 inches of snow. 

I can make my own forecast IF I WANT TO.
