Is there a station operating on 1340 near the 1450 site?  If there 
is, THEY might have an IM problem that their NRSC measurements didn't 
catch if the scan was only 200Khz.  Common with solid state 
TX's.  Check around the 1450 site for more of this is you are so 
inclined.  Otherwise, it's likely something is spraying all kinds of 
garbage across the band which you will need to DF from the locations 
you are hearing the signal present.

There is no correlation between 1450 and 1590 which would create that 
product given those distances and frequency relations.
