[BC] Vonage?

I have had Vonage twice. I have also had MANY other VoIP services
and Vonage is the GOLD STANDARD of VoIP providers.

Your friend moving his service to Vonage did not not kill off his
DSL. DSL is generally IDEAL for VoIP. Vonage works great on DSL,
MUCH better than on cable.

I used them on Adelphia/Comcast and the results SUCKED.

I dropped my Comcrap 4 MB service for MUCH slower Verizon DSL. The
VoIP service went from awful to amazing. The voice quality is really
great. It was awful on cable.

Jitter, and packet loss is a killer on VoIP.

Also, check out http://www.onsip.com/ for hosted VoIP PBX or http://
www.junctionnetworks.com/ for service. The cost is AMAZINGLY low,
and the quality is amazing.

Imagine a VoIP service at $2 per number and under three Cents a
minute for service. PLUS, they have hosted PBX. I love them and am
moving to them at most locations.
