[BC] Interesting new VOIP phone company

If it's what I've seen, you can make only outgoing calls.  No incoming as
you do not get an assigned number.

Isn't that a little overkill to have to have a computer running 24/7
for phone service? When I travel I can take my little Vonage box with
me and have my home number anywhere there's broadband. Even that's
overkill when Vonage rings my cell phone simultaneously and I don't
have to deal with hotels that block VOIP ports.
