[BC] Charter "loses" customer's emails

Do most Charter users use IMAP or POP? If most (all) are POP, wouldn't the
lost email be only that between the last POP download and the accidental
deletion? If so, it's not likely a whole lot of email was lost by an
individual user (depending on how often they check their mail). If,
however, it's IMAP and all their filed mail was on that server... it's
another issue.
