No, my 1990 WRTH lists these stations: WSZD, Kolonia, Pohnpei, 1449; WSZA.
Colonia, Yap, 1494; WTFL, Tofol, Kosrae, 1500; and WSZC, Moen, Truk, 1593.
They all had postal ZIP codes beginning with 969__.

At that time, the Marshall Islands also had a "W" call -- WSZO, as did Palau
(WSZB) and American Samoa (WVUV). But for some reason Guam, Midway,
Northern Mariana Islands, and Wake Island had "K" calls and American Samoa
had a "K" call -- KSBS.

Also, before the US granted the Phillipines their independence, they were
issued "K" calls -- like KZAS, KZRH, etc. These now are DZAS and DZRH.
