[BC] RFI stalls cars

Now this is a great idea. Mountaintop site--presumably the road is mostly
downhill from a nearby point, even if it's not paved. Start coasting downhill,
trying the ignition button every so often...too bad the power steering and
brakes aren't working either.

With a little luck there will be a null in the signal that's causing the
intermod that's probably killing the keyless system. Maybe before you crash.

Is this a broadcast engineering Darwin award in the making?
