[BC] RFI stalls cars near Empire State Building

I remember parking in an outdoor street level parking lot just west 
of Empire on 33rd Street many times during installation or RF service 
work there.
That lot is now replaced by a new building. You would always need to 
be very close to your vehicle in order to use the key fob alarm 
buttons due to RF swamping the alarm electronics. This was before the 
recent additions of HDTV to that site.
