[BC] Question re List Usage guidelines

Hi, 
 
I would like to know if it is an appropriate use of the Broadcast List to
ask for product donations - used broadcast or production equipment. I am in
contact with someone who is running a school for TV production in Uganda -
including broadcast and production. They are in need of various types of
equipment and I thought I would ask companies and people if they have old
but usable equipment, perhaps they would consider giving it to the school. I
can put them in touch directly with the person who is running the school.
