Craig,
Time to cut and run. Tell them you will not respond to any more calls until
the past due is paid in full. If they never call you again, you'll be money
ahead, since otherwise you would be working for free.
Of course, I'm not familiar with R.I. law, but there are ways to collect
your past due money. Small claims court, mechanic's lien, something.
Just curious, do you know if this is a case of the station REALLY being
broke, or is it the "Wall Street Syndrome" where the owner is just sucking
up all the money?
