 I agree with Burt on C.O.D. and fail to see how a check from Corp. 200 miles
 away is YOUR problem ?

 You reach a point where you don't care if the manager has to dip into
 his own personal savings account. C.O.D. is C.O.D.
 Maybe they need a change at Corp. but that's between the local
 management, and THEIR management.
