Logistics.  They apparently have no $$ there.  If I had decided to continue
work there, then C.O.D. might have been an option.  I don't want to work
with this company in their current mindset.  It's too unpleasant.

That's been a sticking point on this.  The current GM is an old friend with
whom I've worked on and off for 30 years.  If he hadn't been there, I might
not have taken this client in the first place.  I really dislike putting him
in a tough spot.
