[BC] TV translator Question...

1.) Why are the channels grouped so closely together like that?
2.) How do you come up with 754 Watts at not 700, 800 or even 1000?

My guess:  Being closer makes it easier to combine them into a common
antenna.  754 watts is the result of the TPO, the line loss and the antenna
gain.  It probably just worked out to that number.
