[BC] Transformer connection diagram needed--Stancor A-4350

This is from a colleague over on the CRTech list. No one there could help
him, but I bet someone here has this:

Does anyone on the list have access to a schematic / setup procedure for a
Stancor A-4350 Mic or Line to line transformer?

The transformer is rather oddball, the specs are identical multiple
impedance taps on both primary and secondary, BUT the primary has a dual
winding, and there are leads out of as well as lugs on the transformer.

I'll tell you in advance that I and others have made searches on the
Internet. There are Stancor catalogs from that era that list the
transformer, but none of them shows the hookup diagram. So hopefully someone
has one, and still has the documentation for it?
