I remember having a problem figuring something out with the new Arrakis 
studio furniture WFIF had bought. One of the drawings/descriptions was very 
confusing, and my friend and I could not figure it out.... so we called their Tech 
Support to get some ideas on how to proceed. The president of the company got on 
the phone and helped us figure out exactly what to do, and it worked. I never 
forgot that. :)

I was very pleased with that furniture, and thus would spec it again in a 
hearbeeat! I heard that the company no longer does studio furniture? If true, 
that's a shame. :( It was very good furniture.
