I sincerely doubt that there'd be an issue with posting such a list. It
sounds remarkably like an industry-specific "Angie's List", where folks
can post what kind of service they've gotten from various companies and
contractors.

There's a link; it apparently varies by city.
If there were legal issues, I don't think they'd have gotten to be as
big as they are.
