I don't know about iMediaTouch, but as an LECC co-chair I would suggest
that, while your idea may comply with the letter of the law, it does not
comply with its spirit.  The idea behind RWTs is so that the operator(s) can
get an idea of how to run real ones.

OK, there is a difference between the buttons that you push to run an RWT
and whatever you do to get something else on the air, like a CAE.  Also,
under most Local Plans, it is not up to individual stations to create alerts
but merely to forward them.  At unattended stations this is done
automatically anyway.  Nevertheless, automated RWTs only serve to satisfy
the barest of legal requirements.  Isn't there somebody there that can push
a button three times a month?  If an FCC inspector should happen to come by
and ask whoever is there to run an RWT could they do it?
