[BC] 3 phase to single phase conversion

I was told by Larry Katz at Kay that they were greased that way at the 
factory and regreasing is only needed if they are in very rough 
industrial or agricultural  where some dirt just might get into the 
bearings.  I have see a few of them in feedlots, etc. and those are 
nasty places indeed.
