[BC] 3 phase to single phase conversion

These units are not in service anymore as single phase transmitters 
became availabe when we did our HD project.  I guess I should have read 
the manual!  But each of them had a spare set of Timken bearings that 
were in the original packing.  I seem to remember Larry telling me to 
occasionally feel the bearing and check to see if they were running  hot 
and lube them if they were.  They never were more then warm.
