Rush also uses different clocks for his three hours...but the closures are
all the same...so they are done just using one connection to relay 1 for
local spot start...and one connection to relay 2 for local liner start.
Does Coast-to-Coast actually have different names for the closures from hour
to hour?  If so, that greatly complicates things.  With Rush, it's just
RLLOCAL and RLLINER for all three hours.

That's what I mean... it IS all the same program.
>From 2200 until 0500... its all Coast-to-Coast.
They just use different clocks for several hours.
