[BC] lpfm question

There is a CSN translator here operating from Sears Tower with 2 watts 
ERP.   Table top reception outside of the inner city and building 
penetration is non-existent.  But it can be heard over all the city and 
most of Cook County in the car and is a killer translator none the less.  2 
watts serving some 5 million people.

That said, you would maybe have a couple watts ERP at that height if you're 
operating at 100W ERP now.  If you're presently operating with 10 watts 
ERP, going up that high would be big negative.

I don't believe LPFM's are allowed above 100ft. however.
